Initial Project idea
As a part of an online course accesment, I had to create a design for a service that solves a problem. The initial concept for the project was centered around the idea of developing a straightforward and user-friendly platform that enables users to effortlessly customize gift hampers for their relatives or friends. To gain a deeper understanding of user needs and preferences, I decided to create a questionnaire, which would help gather valuable insights into the users' gifting habits, product interests, and desired personalization options. This data-driven approach allowed me to design a more targeted and efficient platform, ultimately ensuring that the gift customization process is as simple and enjoyable as possible for users.
Questionnaire
After carefully analyzing the responses from the questionnaire, I identified the perceived advantages and drawbacks expressed by users. This valuable feedback informed the development of my goals and guiding principles for the project. Additionally, it provided insights into potential product expansion opportunities and the ideal niche for a service of this nature to thrive. The insights were gathered from 48 participants, ensuring a well-rounded perspective on user needs and preferences.
